Our Work Process

  1. ORDERS ON AVAILABLE ITEMS: The pieces that are already available and Ready-To-Ship, will get shipped in 1 – 2 Days from the Order Date.

  2. JEWELRY ORDER : Once we get a jewelry order on a available design, we start the CAD and casting process with a perfect matching Diamond piece. Our All Available Jewelry pieces are Made-To-Order products. We usually take 8 – 12 Days for completing a Jewelry Piece and after that we make the shipment.
  3. CUSTOM ORDERS : This type of orders takes much time compare to direct orders of available items. Because we firstly take Discussion Period where we discuss about each and every point Client wants to have in their piece [Diamond / Jewelry]. After client confirmation on the start of making process we then start the work for making of piece. After completing the project we first show the Final Piece to the Client to pre check the piece before completing shipment. Because of continuous talk and discussion with the Client about each and every updates, Custom Orders takes around weeks to complete.

  4. REQUIREMENT REQUEST : We are available to reply our clients 24/7. Clients can share their requirement details with us any time they prefer or stay available. Any requirements that might be not available in website catalogue regarding any Diamonds, Gemstones, Jewelry Design clients can ask for availability updates or if we can complete the Requests or not.

  5. ORDER CONFIRMATION : First Buyer have to complete all the required procedures for completing a confirmed order. Selecting an item from our catalog, upgrading preferred shipment, providing all the Shipment Details like harwin.info@gmail.com confirming the Payment.

  6. SHIPMENT : After getting a confirmed order from our Client, we make the shipment on Buyer’s preferred shipment service. After double checking on all the Shipment Details and ordered item details, our Packaging Team makes the Parcels shipment ready.

  7. COMPLETING ORDER : Once the shipment is done we update the Tracking Details [tracking number, tracking site] in 24 – 48 hours of Shipment.
